I’m a 32 year old girl married to a 29 year old boy. We have a variety of dogs, barn cats, goats & chickens.
We moved to a farm in the middle of the prairies in April 2008 and purchased our first livestock, goats, in April 2009. We’re having fun fumbling our way through dealing with wells and coyotes and giant snowdrifts that block our driveway. Okay, maybe not so much fun with the coyotes. Or the snow drifts.
I’m contemplating a career change, from urban planner to goatherd & fromagiere. My wonderful husband supports this.
We’ve been trying to conceive since April 2006. We’ve had four failed IUIs as of July 2008.We moved on to our first IVF/ICSI cycle in March/April, 2009. We got a positive pee-stick on April 5, 2009. The pregnancy went well, even with a complete placenta previa. Our daughter, B, was born on November 24th, via planned c-section at 37 weeks. Motherhood has been going well.

Check out my website and see if any of my information helps you to better understand you cycle. I read that you’re getting acupuncture, but for it to really work, you must be following a comprehensive plan that involves weekly acupuncture, personalized herbal formulas, dietary therapy, lifestyle counseling and charting. Please feel free to ask questions on my Ask Amelia! Discussion Area. Also, I recommend subscribing to my Baby Dust Newsletter! Good luck!
Hi there,
I have been reading your blog for ages now. Mostly lurking though I have left a comment or two.
Would it be all right to send me the password for your protected posts?
If not, I understand, as you don’t know me very well.
Thanks!
Patti
Will you send me the password?

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog. I know that day-to-day life in any situation is never exactly what we imagine but it sounds to me like you are kind of living my dream. I would love to come by for cheesemaking lessons some day.
